The hotel rooms were more suited for business associates than couples, with a slight moldy smell and a sticky floor. The small size didn't match the high weekend rate of INR4,300. Nonetheless, the staff was exceptionally helpful, which made the stay bearable.
The hotel offers clean and extremely comfortable rooms, but lacking proper toiletries. The service, while overall good, has room for improvement in handling check-in processes efficiently. The location is convenient, near the airport and major hotels, but reception staff could benefit from further training in customer service. The dining experience is average, with friendly staff but not meeting high expectations. The facilities are satisfactory, but some aspects may require attention.
The hotel is nicely located in Viman Nagar, close to the airport and within walking distance to a shopping mall. The rooms are nice and compact, but the GYM equipment could use some standardization. The service was professional and quick to cater to requests, although a bit serious at times. The dining experience was good, especially the pancakes made by Chef Pooja. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient stay with a few minor drawbacks.
